Distributing Karkkidaka Kanji kits to seniors at the centers is a regular and complimentary program by Sahrudaya. The ideal time to consume Karkkidaka Kanji is during supper in the Malayalam month of Karkkidaka (July-August), and it can be taken for ten days up to the entire month.
