Gift a goat; lift a life Project
The “Gift a Goat; Lift a Life” project embodies three fundamental principles: mutual help, mutual trust, and solidarity. Its mission is to empower needy and deserving families within the local community by providing them with goats as part of an income generation program. Beneficiaries are carefully selected based on local priorities, with particular consideration given to widows, families led by girls, and those with differently abled members.
One noteworthy aspect of the project is its sustainable model, which extends beyond initial assistance. A beneficiary who receives a goat through the “Gift a Goat; Lift a Life” project becomes eligible for the provision of the first goat of the next generation, symbolizing the continuous cycle of support inherent in the project’s name.
