Sahrudaya offers comprehensive psychosocial support to the community through its network of counselling centres. Our mission is to provide effective counselling using unique techniques delivered by skilled professionals. We also conduct awareness classes, mental health-oriented activities, and various programs to support those in need. This service is available to anyone free of charge. We operate 13 counselling centres across Ernakulam, located in Thevara, Kanjoor, Eloor, Karukutty, Kakkanad, Vypin, Manappuram, Kottarappally, Pothy, and Kalamassery.
