Sahrudaya is dedicated to addressing homelessness and poverty by constructing new houses to provide secure and stable shelter for the poor and homeless individuals residing in the neighbourhoods around our monasteries, houses, and centres. Our commitment goes beyond merely providing physical structures; it is about fostering a sense of community and dignity for those in need.

This initiative is a collaborative effort involving Sahrudaya, the beneficiaries, the corresponding CMI houses, and the respective local self-government bodies. Together, these stakeholders ensure that the housing initiative is not only about building structures but also about creating lasting, positive change in the lives of the poor and homeless. Through this collaborative approach, Sahrudaya aims to uplift entire communities, providing them with the stability and support they need to thrive.
