The Rajagiri Sahrudaya organization has taken a significant step towards fulfilling one of its key objectives by initiating Community Mental Health Programs. This development was highlighted by the chairman during the 44th Annual General Body Meeting, where the progress was presented as a major milestone for the organization.
The program has been brought to life through the inauguration of free counselling services, which are now available in 13 institutions across 10 different centres. These services are provided by a team of three dedicated counsellors, whose mission is to offer accessible and free mental health support to everyone in the community, breaking down barriers that might otherwise prevent individuals from seeking help.
Sahrudaya’s vision is to create a community where mental health is prioritized and where people are equipped with the strength and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges. By making these services available at no cost, Sahrudaya aims to foster a community of individuals who are mentally strong and capable of thriving even in difficult situations. The organization’s commitment to this cause reflects its broader goal of building a healthier, more supportive society where mental health care is accessible to all.
