SAHRUDAYA RAJAGIRI always caring the immediate needs of 450 elders of its 15 centers. We could conduct a colorful and excellent regional programme named ‘Seniors Sangamam –2018’ at Karukutty on 29.09.2018. Altogether 130 seniors from Karukutty, Koonammavu, Neeleeswaram, Thevara and Vypin were gathered. Rev. Fr. Antony Kochalumkal CMI, the Vicar Provincial of CMI Kochi Province inaugurated ‘Seniors Sangamam -2018’. Rev. Fr. Mathew Kiriyanthan CMI, the Chairman of Sahrudaya, offered a delightful keynote address. Rev. Fr. Antony Menacherry CMI, the Vicar of Christ the King Church presided over the function.Sr. Rojitha MSJ guided a session to inspire the elders with hope and encouragement. However, we could conduct the same programme at Vallakom on 2.10.2018 at Jeevanilayam. Altogether 100 ‘seniors’ from Kottayam and Alappuzha district, namely from Manappuram, Arattukulangara, Kottarappilly and Pothy and Vallakom were gathered. Rev. Fr. Cyriac Muricken CMI Superior of St. Sebastian’s Church, Kottarappilly inaugurated the programme. Rev. Fr. Antochan Mannezhath CMI, the Secretary of Sahrudaya presided over the function. Rev. Fr. Mathew Kiriyanthan CMI, the Chairman of Sahrudaya, offered a keynote address. Adv. Suresh Babu, Panchayath Ward Member, Shri. Ravi. Bharatheeyam, President of Karunya Seniors forum felicitated. Sr. Rojith MSJ guided the session to stir the elders with optimism and support. In both the programme the seniors were acted upon various cultural presentations and Sahrudaya honored them by the hand out the mementoes.
